Ma Foi Academy, the career training division of Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd launched its third business partner operation at Mayiladuthurai. Pondicherry Minister M Chandrakasu inaugurated the Academy.
Speaking at the function, K Pandia Rajan, MD, Ma Foi said, 'Ma Foi Academy has come to Mayiladuthurai with the agenda of enhancing employability of candidates and propagating the GEM philosophy group which primarily addresses the educational institutions.'
The Academy provides focused indutry-oriented training for freshers covering the actual skill-sets looked for by employers, thus improving employability. The Academy has obtained an understanding of the needs of employers to identify the areas of improvement among freshers.
