Key Result Areas (Outcomes) |
- Design high quality training courseware for multi-environment/multi-media delivery (traditional ILT, RILT, or WBT/DBT) and design student evaluation and testing, as per the Training Proposal.
- Obtain sign-off for the training course from the SME
- Produce the course flowchart, write the final text, draw/compile the diagrams, and describe the animation to be used by the media developer
- Ensure technical content is edited to Training CoE standards.
- Work with a writer to develop all the necessary documentation.
- Work with the media developer to complete the project.
- Oversee the publication of the courses.
- Deliver ILT (face-to-face/class-led/workshop) courses for Train-The-Trainer sessions globally, to enable the trainers to organise and deliver courses and workshops in their regions
- Work with the Training Business Partners (customer interface) and the Subject Matter Expert to develop solutions for customer.
- Follow TSD processes and procedures

- Education
- Higher education recommended in an Educational field or in a technical field (telecom, networks).
- Knowledge and Capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge engineering and instructional design skills
- Analytical and logical thinker
- Ability to use initiative, be self-motivated and work with minimum supervision
- Customer focused, flexible and responsive
- Understanding of Equant organisation and objectives
- Experience
