Liaison with the concerned authorities for procurement of land, ensure compliance to norms for land dues, property tax, ground rent etc, select the vendors/contractors, draft, interpret, analyze and negotiate legal documents, legal support to the business team and a focal point for contractual guidance in preparation of all legal documentation, resolution of legal issues pertaining to acquisition of land, commitments and flow down requirements.

Graduate (Law/Science/Commerce), Degree in Law is desirable.

10 years of relevant experience with rich exposure in land procurement.
