Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university with 3 - 5 years experience in the Food/Chemical industry at a Junior Managerial level. Candidates should be in the age group of 25 - 30, and have hands on experience of working on rotating machines, boilers, chillers, coolers etc. Knowledge and experience in TPM and Preventive and Predictive Maintenance will be an added advantage.
Mechanical engineers with exposure to maintenance of electrical components can also apply.
Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university with 3 - 8 years experience in the Food/Chemical industry at a Managerial level. Candidates should be in the age group of 28 - 35 with hands on experience of working on rotating machines, boilers, chillers, coolers etc. Knowledge and experience in TPM and Preventive and Predictive Maintenance will be an added advantage.
Exposure to maintenance of electrical components would be good.
Candidates should have the experience of managing a workforce of a minimum of 40 - 50 people, and also have good labour relations.
Master of Computer Application or Bachelor in Engineering in the age group of 25 - 30 years, with 2 - 5 years experience in Enterprise Resource Planning in reputed organizations in Junior Managerial capacities. Knowledge of Oracle programming, data base administration, Visual Basic and Crystal reports is essential. Functional knowledge of working in ERP in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
